Just came back from Disneyland Hotel yesterday, hotel is beautiful, I held Birthday Party for my daughter at Enchanted Garden Restaurant, she was very very happy and she loves this trip very much. :-P
We also visited Hollywood Hotel, for me, I prefer Disneyland Hotel.

You can let the front desk know your daughter is birthday, they will give you a badge.
And call Enchanted that you would like to have the birthday package HK$75 with cake and gift. On that day, just let the restaurant manager knows which character you would like to send the birthday day for your daughter.

I phoned the restaurant last night and order a 1/2p cake set for my dau, the operator said i should confirm with the waitress on that night and discuss the arrangements. do i just let them know the timing and my dau's favourite character? or any suggestions?
