天呀, 天下印印一樣衰!

我個好鬼精, 做嘢又可以好快手, 但佢竟然大膽到吼我休息緊,响我個陪月面前一路餵大b一路煲電話粥煲成個幾兩個鐘, 話完佢佢仲話會同agent講佢會唔做, 賠$都冇所謂;
之後agent叫我哋同佢傾, 明明同意只可以8-10點用電話, 點知佢過兩日又固態覆萌,仲同agent投訴冇嘢食(成屋都係嘢), 又話湊兩個好辛苦(唔係請你做乜?)...

總知比$佢駛(做工人其實好鬼舒服), 佢仲多多要求, 所以決定炒, 本來我想即炒, 但我老公同sleepybb一樣意見, 男人都唔明我哋有幾担心, anyway, 我哋已經請咗另一個, 呢個星期亦會同佢攤牌, 佢未走之前唯有叫親友幫手睇住...

If you don't fire her ASAP, you are giving her a chance, but not correcting her mistakes! She has been testing your bottom line, and according to what you've told us, she will only get worse. Your husband is giving her a chance to spoil your BB, so that you cannot fire her as easy later on.

Imagine, when you go back to work, you have no control over the way she treat your BB. If she spoils her and make your BB closer to her than you, it will be a mess to fire her when you finally realise that her work is not satisfactory. Worst part, your BB will be so clinged onto the maid, that you will have a hard time to take care of BB without her. The longer she stays with BB, the older the BB gets, the harder for the BB to separate from her.

I am experiencing this, because my husband has been sooooo soft hearted to our DH. During these 4 yrs, she is only getting worse, never has she improved one single bit! However, since my daughter is very fond of her, we "close one eye & open one". Even lately we found that she borrowed money from loan company, my husband still think that we can keep her until this contract end. However, when I found that she taught my one-year-old calling her mama, this is not acceptable.

I am now waiting for the new DH to be on board in Feb, then she will be long gone!

If you find the DH is not what you expect, or if you find that the DH has difficulty following instruction, change another one ASAP until you find a satisfying one, don't expect the DH to change by herself.

lucky_mum,

Why do you want to同佢攤牌? You are giving her time to do whatever (anything can happen in a month) before leaving your house. Does she have the keys to your home? Make sure you change the lock once she's gone.
