i agree that you wait for your acceptable price. if your boss goes to migration, what she want is cash and get rid of the business. Give her a bit longer time, she may than accept your offer.
however, if there is large portion of aging stock, i doubt whether it's worth to pay $160k? it's quite difficult to clear the old style fashion.
another concern is if you get pregnant one day, all your energy and effort would totally diminish! Your body downturn would be much serious than the external economic downturn.
It may not worth $160k in terms of inventory ...but if I'm going to start my own it may also cost me $160k to advertise plus the time cost to gain reputation. The shop is not in a mall so advertising is essential. Besides, most of the suppliers are from the States, they don't wholesale products if the shop is brand new and unknown.
