八號風球封橋封海咩都無, 但通常掛八號波後, 會有三個鐘度既allowance俾區民返入去既

去kf掛係5.5, 但居民用八達通有折, 所以平左, 兩房單位我記得係可以最多申請三張, 三房單位就四張定五張. 去青衣一樣有折, 區民3蚊一程. 至於船, 就全世界一樣

不如租黎住下先, 裏面租唔算貴, 平均12蚊呎度

我又唔多覺飛機聲好影響, 夜晚係有, 但唔密同太annoying, 反然近海既船聲, 同埋近車站既車聲一定重緊要

我自己住市區, 就覺得車聲annoying好多 :-(

I also have a flat in PI for vacation purpose. I followed the price trend of PI in the last 4 months. I observed even more low quality flats (like in block 18 or 13, or flats near BBQ area )were sold out recently price around 2,900. So if you buy a flat in phase 1 or 2 with good garden view about 3,000-3,200, this is a quite acceptable present market price. Phase 3 , price much higher . Difference only the materials upgraded and a balcony . Not worthwhile. Someone likes to buy a seaview flat in PI but my point is - as I have lot of time to see seaview in PI while I walk around or sit in club or on my way to my flat, I don't need to see again in my house window. Therefore I chose a good garden view instead and saved about 1,000/sq.ft on price.

SHK will sell the balance 100 flats Phase III shortly and the Phase V in the second-third quarter 2006. The price won't be cheap as per SHK's style. This means you may pay more to buy a 2nd hand in this year or next if you change your mind to buy again in this year. I feel the price PI will be up. But anyway, buying a flat is a servious decision. Think more
