I did checking for "before pregnancy" there.
Their service is good I think. But I think it hgihly depends the people you meet.
The first time the doctor is very nice. Next time (get another report for 甲狀線), it's another doctor, although not as nice as the first one, but I think also good.
Or if you like, before seeing the doctor, you can also read some pregnancy books and web sites. They talks about that too.
From most biology books, pregnancy books and web sites, you can find nearly all of them don't recommend 近親生育. It doesn't mean their babies must get problems, just it is believed that the chance is higher than other babies.
Some doctors even don't recommend a healthy child from近親生育parents does has it’s own children when he or she grows up.
You can consult different doctors but maybe the most important is you and your hushand decide to take the risk or not.
Some countries don’t allow 近親婚姻 because of this, such as Taiwan, the mainland China and some states in the USA (unless at least one parent is proved to be 不育).
