If noodles have wheat & will affect milk supply. How about bread? Baby can now eat solid food, so I make bread at home very often. Our whole family eats the home-made bread.

In general my supply don\'t get affected by food that much. A lot of jm say they can\'t eat 麥芽，豆豉，華田so far no problems. But of course i wouldnt these suspicious food excessively. I think it was the lack of sleep and water that really caused the problem on sun. After pumping more frequently my supply has gone back up, I hope it won\'t happen again.
