I change the date and ask them again the price for double confirm.
When the price is not match, the customer service using "suspect" tone to said I'm wrong and insist the price is correct. Also, they email a "wrong" item list to me. So, I don't trust them.
* for the first time in phone conversation with 迦南 sales , he said no need to email me a quotation with simple item. They gave me wrong price and wrong item list. disappointed.
I have just cancel order, since the price and item is wrong after reconfirm by phone request. They suspect me. I feel angry with the customer service (Male).
