你講得好好呀!我個人覺得好多工人都無誠信,無原則,但肯定不是全部,只有撞彩。但我想提出一點,工人打香港人工,係認為工作多,休息少。呢點有問題,因為香港人工時長,工人在家工作抵消雇主在外工作,呢個係生活模式,工人對偷懶定義係坐係度全屋野唔做,部份唔做只係側側慱,雇主唔比就係mean,工人唔算trick?只係跟見工有差異。禁點解雇主改schedule or 要工detail去做野,細分左工作,即係密手左就叫trick?禁不如見工列明工人唔做或唔記得做既工作項目,其他以外通通要做,咪唔trick 囉,仲有,雇主有須要了解工人能力,一一一工人亦要盡其所能融入及接受香港文化,包括諒解香港人因生活模式必要構成工人工作性質及頻率可能跟見工時工人自我想像模式有出入,公平嗎?
Orchid54,Are you just been terminated? Why? You seemed like have been worked for many dfferent employers from Ifferent background. If you as good as you said,and the Caucasian employes are so reasonable to you, how come you keep change employers? Why they don't keep you ten yrs or more. I have friends n relatives helpers work for them many many years. Why not you?
