Buyers have no right to decide anything on the rooms, they have to pay management fees, electricity, water, maintenance etc. no matter how high they are, and there is no guarantee that the rooms will be rented out, there is no control on promotion of rooms, maintenance, replacement etc. and there is no owners committee, everything is controlled by the management company...
Management co. can receive their high management fees forever no matter the rooms are rented out or not...they don't need to promote much for renting out the hotel rooms as they have sold the ownership at very high profits... hahaha!
