I saw Dr TUNG, she siad to me the expect price may be $4xxxx. But finally after delivered, the price as follow:
(1)Normal Delivery Package (4day 3 night)(4 beds upgraded to 2 beds) ~$ 14380
(2)meal charge ~ $620(1 day 5 meal, enough for me and my husband)
(3) pharmaceutical charges ~$740(misc. machine before delivery and after)
(4) Doctor fee (Dr. TUNG) ~ $10000
(5)Baby nursing treatment ~ $600
(6) use of medical equipment ~$200
(7) ward round (Dr. WAN) ~$1600
(8) other doctor fee ~ $400 (special charge coz my BB need emergency call the Dr after delivery )
Total : $28540 ( leaft the hospital)
Remark: You can have the ear test and injection in the Government clinic ~free of charge, but is recommended to have those 5 in 1 or 6 in 1 injection in private Dr. or private hospital.
Thanks fro your info. I plan to have Normal Delivery in Nov. Yesterday, the nurse in the clinic suggested me not to yet the package as it will be cheaper and more flexable. Have you considered not to join the package before? $28,540 is very OK wow .
How come you can upgrade to 2-bed room?
For the meal package, how many option can you choose for 1 meal? Is the size too large so that it is also enough for your husband and you?
