sorry, my computer is out of order, that's why I have not been checking the web for ages. as the registration date is near let's make some finalization here, for:-

Weekdays group
==========
1st choice time: monday pm (any 1 hour between 2:00 to 4:15pm)
2nd choice time: thursday am (any 1 hour between 11:15 to 1:30)

1st choice venue:t.s.t
2nd choice venue: kwun tong

1, crew........ tues am or thurs am... 1) T.S.T 2)SKM... got info
2, LoLoLoLo.......anytime, pm..... 1) Kwun Tong ...got info.
3, carol_kk.........anytime

should we not have no. 8 in our class, we shall invite one waitlist from the weekend class and form change the time to sat am (1st choice) and sat pm (2nd choice).

yes, now we can formalize the list, welcome sand1029!!!!!!

will fly to australia tonight, but I will be back next week, still in time to work on the registration. if I have not hear any disagreement on the time and venue choice, I shall proceed with to formalize both groups!

don't worry about timing, 基督教服務處 will only handle the case on 3rd oct, earlist submission will not be an adv, as I checked with them before! will see you all in Jan!!!

I talked to HKCS, reply as below,

FOR WEEKDAYS GROUP:-

now confirm class on thursday 11:15 - 12:15 at T.S.T.

I have contacted most of you by phone except a few which have not picked up. so what all of you have to do now is:-

1a, fill in the form downloaded from this web http://www.hkcs.org/cdcb/pec/form/pecapply02.pdf
please indicate on the form that we are self-formed class 鍾太 thursday 11:15-12:15 at T.S.T.

1b, prepare a cheque (for member $1,550, non-member $1,750) address to 香港基督教服務處

1c, sent both form and cheque to the office by 6 Oct, they need to receive both information in order to confirm our class.

2, if you want to be a member please fill in the form from this web http://www.hkcs.org/cdcb/pec/form/pecmember.pdf and prepare a seperate cheque of $100.

FOR WEEKENDS GROUP:-

they only have Kwun Tong Sunday 2:00-3:00 let me know if you all want it as there are no more time slot, if you gals can reply by today I might still be able to catch this slot!

I have also emailed this same message to your individual email account.

Hi, Ivy and Joanna, and other weekend class mom, esp. bbmama_cl, sinsin_ma and eunicechung (since I can not get in touch with you three on phone) please check your personal email on the lastest situation regarding the class enrollment.

so far there are 5 mama okay!

Thanks so much for your information and arrangement.

I have just contacted Mrs. Chung, although she cannot hold the seat since we are not apply in group. She ask us send the application forms to enroll. If the group can reach 8 babies (now she received 4 applications), the group can be formed.
If it is over 8, another group may be arranged.

Ivy:
You can download the application form and mail to enroll. They are 2 classes on Sunday. One in the morning and one in afternoon.
Hope I can see you in the class.

I have contacted Mrs. Chung, the classes getting full very soon (for self-grouped classes), change almost every 30minutes .... for those who are still interested in the classes, may consider try to apply as "individual" as there are still classes available
