If your baby is under 3y, l think is not too good to leave him/her to a maid at home alone without a family. Still the maid is only doing a job. But taking care of a little baby needs a lot love, care, protection, feeding, emotional satisfaction, etc.....
Usually, if the maid is the only one take care of a baby.........the baby looks skinny .....and not healthy........you can observe other people's situation. You can also see on the street if the maid take out the baby, they usually just carry the baby and talking...talking with their own friends and they are really not playing with the baby outside and some of them even smoke.
so be considerate ! maybe ask your 99 to come daytime and go back at nite.
