My dr. said 食花膠, 淮山, 杞子 are ok. 冬蟲草 can't eat.
Now I even stop eating "O G" & " 花粉" power.
I really believe on "中藥", now not allow me to use "中藥" is really difficult for me. I am still "心大心細", but good to have the information 1st. Thx smilewa, but Yung long is too far away from home, I am living in HK Island :(
you know my chinese doctor said 冬蟲草 have 兩種唔同嘅草 , 一種是冬蟲下草, 一種我唔記得是上還是其它名 , he gives me a book to read for 成份和功效....好多野睇 但我邊記得咁多, 尤其d 簡體字添 , 所以我唔記得那種草是對身體免疫系統好 , 但另一種會是減少精子卵子產量和質量 , 因為出面太多人話食佢好, 但唔知道到底佢是比兩種還是一種 , 叫我地唔好比貴錢買, 係 d人吵到咁貴 , 所以我只係久唔食花膠就算 , 因為沒有什麼唔好, 或者到我有機會生咗 , 要調理身體先食用冬蟲草

I just met the consultant at 養和, they said 苦瓜,木瓜 和生冷野一定唔吃得。I asked I heard that banana also no good, but she said it is a common misunderstand. Anyway, to play save, I think I won't take banana after putting the eggs back.

Don't disappoint yet, I saw many many cases are similar as you, but also get have babies finally. Now,the most important is ....be happy... to let them have the best envirnoment. I think if you are relax & cheerful everyday. Babies will stick with you, then whether you have frozen eggs or not are unimportant la, right? cheer up!!!

If I were you, I will stop using chi. medicine this time, because u hv try chi. before, but the results are not very well. See whether change something will help?
I've the same opinion with you. Stop to drinking Chinese medicine from now (starting for injection) until put back the embryo, and see if I can drink Chinese medicine at this moment or not.
