Yes I think there are many of these documented cases. Many come from India.
I remember a really interesting case on Youtube. A boy remembers his past life and past parents, his past house...always wants to go find his past. So his mom , along with a researcher goes with him to search (small town in Scotland). After much searching finally finds the house, and he can describe the decoration, what changes been done...all changes...etc. was verified by current owner. BUT only the house matched his memory. There was no record of his past parents.
This is strange as why only a portion of his memory so accurate? Yet the past parents were not? did he make it up? another dimension?
