understand how you feel :
if don't take it - "ng kam sum", as used several yrs for the draw already, and need to pay for the 1 mth rent and wait in the long line again, or cannot relieve the financial problem a little bit
if take - "not feel so comfortable to live in it", worry if anything bad will happen everyday . . .
no matter how you choose, you will regret/blame for what you have chosen if anything happen. if you believe, find a good/trustful "c fu" go and have a look. see what he says first la. if it is still good to live in, ok. if it is not good to live in, no need to think la. at least, "on sum" d lor, and no need 15/16. at least you will have a good reason to support your choice.
