我太太在眾外多親友良好經驗及建議下,終放棄在香港東區"油"德,book了仁安在hk$1650,一心盼能得到較好服務,但如結果簡報如下:
1, 登記時混亂,全不覺有booking;
2, 登記後呆等了約1小時才叫你去另一層(行約3分鐘)去等抽血;
3, 再呆等約30分分鐘,才終可見醫生;
4, 在床上等照時,終能見醫生,但他只埋頭調較部機,全情投入,好機械式說了bb頸皮厚xx,正常, 身長yy,只見他zoom 大bb 頭部then say it's bb's head (haha) and bb is ok (sure i don't know the range of normal figures, how come he don't tell me the detail of the output image, i see the image is moving very fast and not sure its due to his tunning or our baby's moving, as the machine can zoom how come he zoom in the main part and tell us slowly and with details observation bor...crazy!),前後對話只約1分鐘,較機3分鐘,機械式報告2分鐘,返回隔離醫生房,說bb is ok及正常,就俾張單張我們,張開指兩指講不夠20秒,就話報告會sent 回分科部,由主婦產科醫生跟進及講解....
說到這裡,....不用多說
我決定投訴....但各位準父母,本人自認不是中產一族,一心想消費多一些,令太太能安心及得到較好服務....但結果卻....各位請指較應如何投訴最有效討回不平呢?
