My agent said they will let her stay at their boarding house but can't control her. For example, she can go anywhere she want & do anything she want. If any accident occur, the insurance is not included & her employer need to response to these. So.....

HK 政府 protect maid rather than employer! :cry::cry:

我覺得工人都應該有試用期囉，唔岩米頭一個星期一日通知、跟住一個星期通知、再打後至一個月通知囉

呢樣野我比較有經驗

1. after the moment you fired your maid (of coz she signed all the documents especially the termination letter)... (OF COZ with witness) ................then what she did outside (no matter still in HK or not) is totally not your business.

So, you don't need to care of where she lives in HK after fired by you ... PLUS, if touchwood she got any accidents (some examples before found that some naughty maids will get hurt outside and '屈' the employer hit her...)... insurance will not protect her anymore...

$$--> 1 month salary + airticket + few days salary + travel expense.

講起maid, 我而家重心大心細apply 賓賓 or 印印．而家多左時間at home. 至發現呢個印印一定要fire. 真係好驚apply 左個更差ga maid.
