As my meal code is M1900, i don't feel hungry during the day... i just need to choose the right kind of food to eat... i think after couple of weeks, my dietitian will lower my calorie intake per day!!!
I've lost 2 lbs. so far for 1st week... let's keep it up!

My meal combination is quite okay!! But, when I look at the instruction, I have NO mood on eating because I don't know how to plan!! As you know, MSL doesn't advise us to add sugar or other sauces in the food. It makes me feel difficult to prepare each meal, especially for my husband!!! Today, I try to prevent from oil adding, and then only used 0.5 tsp oil at all for the WHOLE DAY!! Besides, the amount what I ate is quite below the instruction because of NO mood on eating!!!!
How do you prepare the food??? Any good suggestion??
actually i feel okay when eating my meal wor, only change to less oil and less salt... but my food still have taste ... but have to eat less processed food such as ham or beef balls...
for breakfast, i eat non-fat milk, boil egg/ ham/cheese + bread
for lunch, i will eat fish ball rice noodles / beef noodles / sandwich / meat + veggies + rice (less oil on dishes)
for dinner, i eat boil veggies with little soy sauce + steam fish with little soy sauce / meat /tofu + rice + soup
my husband will eat other food that is more tasty, but i won't eat those food... only eat the food suitable for me law... cannot ask my husband to follow my meal...

I have tested the suggested 1/3 tsp salt, and found that the amount was quite enough!! Besides, I can successfully resist of the temptation of snack, cake, soft drink, etc. So great!! Share with you, I have added black peppercorns on the ham, and it tests so GOOD!!! I think you can try it!!
Tomorrow I will firstly meet my dietitian as I need to meet dietitian twice a week!! Hope to have a little bit result!!
I will meet dietitian today... there is a minor difference between the weight at MSL and at home... at home, i weighed 1.5-2 lbs. less than at MSL.... may be i weighed myself early morning before breakfast la..
Just now i went to CWB center at 1:30 p.m., not too many people... i can meet my dietitian without waiting...
May be there are more people at Central....
There might be a promotion now which has more discount by cutting the advertisement on Next magazine or other local magazine... u can call MSL and ask for details...

My dietitian told me i should lose 1.5 lbs. per week... i am on track now.. hee hee!
As my plan is 5 months weight loss + 2 months maintenance, so i cannot lose too fast at the beginning, that's why i don't feel too hungry losing weight now!
