I just wrote a $$ cheque to the 楂兜 bank in order to get the stand which I eventually found that it is made of PAPER :-( :-(

but the 夾萬組合 is not boh.... it's porcelain + wood... expensive cost.... 3 times that of last year....

you should be able to also get the 夾萬組合? (by receiving redemption letter)

I am confused. What is the "redemption letter"? I only received a letter asking me to increase my balance by $x0,000 before Sept in order to get the 夾萬組合 (i.e. 2 toys, the wood and the paper). Is it correct?

"總存款結存有增長至指定金額+致電登記", do I need to make phone call to register? The counter staff did not tell me to do so bor....???

BTW, she just kept on selling me to buy this investment product and that investment product... My only response to her is: "I like saving account, not even time deposit so, no way for investment products....."
