Just want to say THANK YOU to all those who prepare for the BBQ on Sunday. Celia and I have a great time!! However, I caught a cold afterward and saw the doctor yesterday. Its getting better now.
Long time no talk la… I have been busy over these few months. Congratulations to all mums who are pregnant now..
Bantony has been attending Nursery for two weeks… Expectedly, he hits people when anyone grabs his toys, I think it’s because that he never has chance to play with the others… however, he cries when he arrives at school everyday…
Can anyone tell me whether your baby is like this??? I mean hitting people? Are there any functions recently, I think I need to join you all and let Bantony plays with your babies, if you all don’t mind!!!
I am not sure... he is very rude... sometimes he is a bit "weird"., teacher said he never allows the others to enter into the "little house"... or otherwise he will push them away or ask them to go out... I think it is because he never has chance to play with the others in the past two years.
I think it's time to train him to share with others. Don't worry! If he does not listen to you, he will probably listen to the teacher, esp. while you are not around. It happens to my girl. When my helper / me accompanies her to the playgroup, she is very naughty. But now we leave her alone inside the playgroup, she is much better and won't snatch the toys from others (her teacher told her that she's not happy with that). I believe that during the social interaction with others, the kids will change gradually.
Alison started the nusery class on Aug 7, as expected, she is crying badly and is the worst one in her class. As others get off at 2:30pm, she has to leave early at 12pm. After 1 week, she seems getting better but took 3 days sick leaves and after that, has to pick up all over again. Last Sat, she stopped crying when we left her, and today, she is totally ok, even say goodbye to us. But she did cry in the middle of the night in these few days (for an hour).
About Ethan, he is very well and is around 12 lb now, he can smile & react whenever I talk to him (no reaction when her father did the same thing, is very funny) But still, have to spend most of the time to Alison, not much time to take care of him :-|
I hope so la… you know… teacher told me that he wants to bit someone’s finger (without a reason) but was just stopped by the teacher jar… and the teacher said he is a kid who needs to be spent a lot of time on.. and they need to speak to him for several times … he is a stubborn kid… he does listen to teacher sometimes.. however, for sth that he really likes (the little toy house), the teacher said he never allows anyone to enter into it… it’s not a good behaviour.
I am also worried if the parents/relatives of the kids will not like my son... as he is naughty and easily hits others...
