already checked Scott: hasnt mentioned that there is omega3, only "mun" fish liver oil, vit. A and D, orange juice and some other ingredients (donno what they are) in the orange flavour; but for the original flavour, there is no vit, A and D but other ingredients. Children from 1 yr or above, can have 1 tablespoon (about 15ml) every day. Manningx & park N are selling for $42.5 @
As for Kawaii, it said for 2-12 yrs old kids, 2 times a day, 1 tablet @ wor!! Manninxx is hving promotion: $90 for 1 can.
Che,
Re: Hokkaido
try to get a book called "Here" for Hokkaido at bookstore. Good recommendation on hotels, sight-seeing.... If you like hot spring then you may like to search those with "outside hot spring", I would suggest hotel under "Grand". For food & snack in Hokkaido, apart from those famous "Raimen", "hairy crab & long leg crab", do try its fruits like melon, strawberry... Apart from that try a snack, can't recall the name tho', like corn flake wrapped with white chocolate is so yummy (I personally think it's better than "Shiroi koibito". Apart from food I would say there is nothing really special in Hokkaido (you may want Tokyo for shopping instead). Peony may give you some more suggestion if she is around.

Hi Mei & Car,
Wish you all have a nice gathering today and hope I can join you all next time.
I'm more or less settled down as a full time mother. For GB and I got to know each other deeper, life is much easier now. Althought, I have not left any message here recently, I do come up and read quite often (only read not $). I noticed CW speaks a lot of words, eg "gau dim"  .
Mei:
I haven't bought any at last cuz Kawaii is for kids from 2 years old onwards, and Scott hasn't mentioned that there is any omega3, but may still try its orange flavour later.
