Dear niklaus903,
My baby was doing fine after the 5-in-1 injection...no fever! She was sleep when the doctor shot her. She cried a little and got back to sleep after a few seconds...ha!
Dear all,
I took her to the Health Centre to do the Development Tracking (2 months) yesterday....she weigh 5.81kg (75 percentile) and 61 cm in body length (90 percentile)....kind of a big girl. She was medium size at birth...now she catches up to be a large size. We won't doubt....she has their father's heritage....my husband is 6'2".
I will go back to office next week. This week, I will ask my maid to do a rehearsal.....pretending I am not home and she is the only one to manage the baby and the housework. I hope she can adapt the new change. I will not help her to do anything, I will just observe how she arrange the work. I just give her the guideline..." Baby always goes first". We will evaluate with her this weekends....does everything goes fine with her or she need any alternate arrangement. Now, I am thinking whether I should install a web cam at home to monitor her. Will you do so?
For the midnight feed, my girl has some difficulties. She sleeps the best in the evening (around 6:00pm - 1:00am). She can sleep so well at that time without feeding. If we wake her up to have one more feeding before midnight, she will wake up again at 4:00am-5:00am. So, if she lives in somewhere have time difference with HK (about 4-6 hours ahead of HK), she is considerd to "kai yel nin". So, how can I ajust her time difference? My friends ask me to wake her up at 8:00pm and play with her for 2 hours and then feed her. She will be tired enough to sleep well afterwards. I didn't do it. Is it too cruel to do so? What about she gets bad temper and crys for 2 hours....then, I will be crazy. do you have any suggestion? Pls advise. Thanks!
