Yes, u cannot eat too little at first as u won't be able to lose too much afterwards... if your meal plan is M1700, u have to eat 1700 calories / day now, later, your dietitian will lower your calories intake per day when your body get used to 1700 / day...

It is good to eat more now, later u can't eat so much la!!!

I tried 1 day sandwich meal this Tuesday, u won't gain weight after the BIG sandwich meal as u can't add any butter or oil...

There is 免息分期 for some credit cards, like HSBC, Citibank, BEA, Manhattan... etc...
U can ask MSL...

My progress is okay la... so far i lost 6 lbs. if i weighed at home... probably i will be 1 lb. heavier if i weighed at MSL... I will keep it up!

Actually we cannot eat extra food which is not inside the meal plan... in my meal plan, i have 1 portion of carbohydrate for afternoon tea, that means i can eat a pack of crackers, such as Tai Ping or Garden soda cracker... I can also eat wheat crackers...

I found a brand of wheat crackers quite delicious, it is called Health Valley... can be found from City Super or MSL...

Dear all,

I just came back after meeting my dietitian for 2nd time. I have lost 4.9 lbs for 1 week. My dietitian just expected me to lose 1.9 lbs for this week. But she still reminded me not to cut the meal. In fact, I strictly followed the meal of sandwiches. And I am very happy to have such result. Indeed, the meal of sandwiches does really work. And I don't need to worry about the use of oil or salt in this meal. My dietitian was surprised at my response, because she said that many other people felt bored about it.

But, I have to take M1220 for tomorrow only!!! Woo!!! As I will meet my friend at Chinese Resturant, my dietitian advised me to take 瘦肉粥 only!!

我上星期都開始參加了米絲洛, 由於生於BB, 我要由133磅減到去117磅, 所以參加了2+1.

頭三日食M1600, 不過可能唔識控制食肉的份量, 所以重左2磅, 營養師要我食三文治餐, 我在3日內瘦左3磅, 而家132磅.

同Pleasure一樣, 我都幾鐘意食三文治餐, 因為唔怕食多又唔怕油, 出街食飯我會帶埋三文治. 由聽日開始要食M1520, 重有一日夜晚只可飲蕃茄薯仔湯....希望頂得住. 營養師話希望下次見我會低過130

見到大家都成功, 希望自己都得

營養師話如果真係好肚餓, 可以烚菜, 如果懶, 第2選擇係coke light, 之後係生果, 最後選擇係麵包

早餐:火腿+烚旦
午餐:火腿+烚旦白(2隻)
晚餐:火腿+脫脂芝士
另午晚餐加蔬菜及水果。
我相信對其他人會覺得悶,但對我就好好,因為唔洗諗食物類形的安排!!

I tried to make smoked salmon sandwich for myself, very delicious !!!
1 slice smoked salmon = 1 portion of meat

Also, u can try roast beef, cold cuts from supermarket... so u won't be too bored law...

i started the plan on July 21, until now, i've lost 6 lbs... the dietitian said my progress is okay wor... no need to lose faster as my plan is 5+2... no need to cut down so quickly... still long way to go!

Tomorrow i will eat M1290 for 1 day... i think i will make tuna sandwich for lunch tomorrow!

The first time is to meet consultant for body check (cost $50), 2nd time go to any MSL center (i went to CWB) to take measurements, take photos, learn how to calculate the food portion and get your 1st meal plan... 3rd time, u will meet your dietitian and she will see what you have eaten in your food diary... now, i met my dietitian twice / week...
