If it doesn't contain meat, it shouldn't be a problem. Beside the Chinese medi I brought it to Newcastle, my sister sent me some Chinese soup regularly by post to London. So far I don't have any problem or couldn't receive it.

Are you going to ask your friend to bring to over or you will ask your family to send it over?

基本上出了院後先開始食, 所以遲幾天先開始食係OK既, 但要跟住入面既包裝號碼來食, 次序唔好亂, 因為頭1至7號係生化湯, 除惡露, 食了快D無架, 咁先可以開始食補品。
