You can take out 1 spoon or 2 spoons and then add to the "hot" rice cereal and mix together. Or, you could use the "bottle heater" to heat it.

You need to keep it in fridge after open it.

It can be used within 48 hours after open and stored in fridge. (Some cans said 72 hours, but I will just use within 2 days, and then, I eat them all afterwards)

金毛 B 都好似唔係好識將玩具由一隻手去另一隻手喎, 咁咪唔 pass 唔駛走

佢最鐘意就係張自己隻手"how" 落張台到, 一係玩不倒翁, 用隻手郁下郁下佢, 咁無咩玩具可以拿出街喎

To prevent the nurse use the 'toys' inside the MCH to give 金毛 B to play (wet)... you are better to find some toys for him laaa... (a rattle... something he can grasp)...

唔駛走??? depends on the nurse laa... yesterday afternoon the nurse didn't allow us to go unless Joshua can get the toy from the nurse using BOTH hands ... and can hold by each hand ... and can sit on the edge of the desk ... and can stand with support...

coz it was late laa... (3-4:30)... she let us go even didn't test 'transfer the toy from one hand to another)

金毛 B is a big brother, he can do it ga.,.. but help him to remove and wear the clothes in the quickiest way llaaaaaa....
