I think what we need to take now is Materna which already contains many vitamins we need and folic acid is also included in there. Calcium supplements depends on how much you intake everyday. You should make sure you'll take 1200mg of calcium everyday to maintain your daily needs. For me because I can't drink milk, I drink 3-4 cups of calcium added soya drink+1 Materna+ 3 calcium each day. Always take the calcium supplement after meal everytime wor and ask the pharmacist which calcium you should buy as some may contain oyster shells that have alot of lead that can hurt your bb.
