I failed last night. I tried to follow your schedule and I bath her at 9:00pm. I fed her at 12:00am 9last feeding) and she only drank 3 oz. She prefered to sleep rather than eat. I tried to wake her up to finish the bottle but she was kind of in a coma. Then, she woke up again at 4:30am. I put a pacifier into her mouth. She clamed down and sleep again. However, it didn't last long. She woke up and slept...woke up and slept .....woke up and slept....for many times within half an hour. I thought she know I cheat her. I finally fed her at 5:00am for 6 oz. Then, she slept so well again with a full stomach. I just wondering should I feed her from midnight to 6:00am if she wake up or I should cheat her with the pacificer. What is an actual successful case? The baby sleep through the night without awake or it might awake but you can make him/her get back to sleep without a feeding? Pls advise.

Re the night feeding, my friend's experience was to add more water in the milk to make it 淡, and even more the next day to make it more 淡..... until one day it becomes water, at first, the baby may cry for such poor quality of milk, but later on, she will have no interest in drinking so and quit the feeding need. My friend used 2 weeks to make it success, it really takes time, you can try lah! For me, I think I would let it as is until one day I stop BF (I want to BF at least 6 months if I can), if one day I have to change to formula feeding, I will also try this method.
You have to go to work next Monday, right? Have you get ready to pump milk in office? Hope everything good for you! Now, I pump every 6 hrs with total around 13zo. I pump only once in office.

nicmother, yes...i hv to go to work next Mon lah! you know, I cried today when i was feeding my son....thinking that i cant be with him in the day time from next week onward, must miss him sooooo much! but when i cried, he gave me a big smile while eating, which make me laughed with tears!!
i didnt buy the iced pack yet and will do it tomorrow. i think i can only pump once in the office (during lunch time), anyway, i hv stocked up ~20 bags of 5 oz milk for my son.
i will also not stop the night feeding, first, in order to keep the milk supply; second, same as you, it's the memorable and treasurable moments that we will miss in the future!!
Yesterday, I went to Wingon to shop, and all of the BB stuff has 20% discount. I have brough the wool underwear for both my of girls. Just want to remind you, if you brought Morley underwear, you have to check the size as the recommended size is really small. I finally brought 2 12m to 18 mth one at $148.
The lowest temp is 15c next week, take care when night feeding. Esp. those who BF.
