Hi BS,

In order to save some time for shopping, want to get there earlier. So, choose other earlier flights than A380 when we go to Singapore. But we will ride A380 when back.

Am having headache since last Saturday, but it is improving. Think I start to have 感冒. So, just bought a bottle of 鴻福堂感冒茶. Wow, so expensive, $36 a bottle. Hope it works.

Don't know yet. Seems like it's better to get the germs sooner, since it's getting mutated. it'll be more horrible later...

The last time I went to the doc when I had flu (which was some time in late May), the assistants there also told me that the germs are fiercer nowadays than before, and that it is best to kill them off asap. Cannot "au" to get over any flu ga la.

And reminders :
masks for entire duration of your flight (except when there's something to eat);
mosquito repellant while you are in Sing (there is dengue fever in both Malaysia and Sing ga, more cases than in HK).

Kv got several warts on his pat pat and arms recently. Actually he saw the doctor a month ago and the warts were treated by liquid nitrogen, but those warts still could not be removed completely. Will go to see doctor again tonight.

Kv will go for a 3D2N adventure camp at Wong Yee Chau tomorrow. Special progam of watching solar eclipse will also be arranged on Wed morning. Wanna go with him too to watch this wonder of nature which happened just once in 500 years!!

Like KL, I enjoy u taking A380 too! I am sure my son will love to try if he knows about it. Most probably, we will go to Dubai in August instead. At first I want to go during CNY to avoid the heat, but then the hotels are 2 times as expensive, really expensive!

Have u watched Harry Potter already? I did last Thur, all by myself as I am the only one in the family not scared. So good.... except the ending, seems not finish yet. Have u bought the books? I got upto the 5th, Order of the Phoenix, but couldn't get the same size of books for the last 2. BS, u are so good at shopping. Any idea where I can find the bigger (old) version ~135cm x 205cm? Many thanks!

Too bad Pan-lloyds have given out all free tickets to Book Fair & I have to buy my own! Hope can still get those for day 1.

Any tips for killing mosquitoes or avoiding bites? Only my daughter gets serious bites in the house, not anyone else! Cleaned her room & sprayed insecticides several times, still no use. Please help!

No idea re old version HP books. Have you searched on e-Bay or places like Swindon / HK Book Centre ? (What's the diff between your old version and the existing new version ? ?-( )

We also have lots and lots of mosquitoes in our flat these days. Our estate is also undergoing major renovation, ever since mid-Sept 2008 Mid-Autumn Fest, expected to last exactly 365 days, but recently added some modules like tiling the floor of carpark and G/F, so expected to last till mid-Nov. ==> really a LOT of mosquitoes around.

We can only :
1. turn on the air con and shut all windows.
2. use mosquito repellant at home on piglet.
Yanyan even bought a plastic 烏蠅拍 as a mosquito 拍, which is vvv effective.
3. use mosquito net on windows.

We watched HP movie last Sun. A bit disappointed cos the movie is not as exciting as expected.

Yes, the story hasn't finished yet and there is 下集, probably showing in next summer.

I hv bought a HP boxed set of 7 books several months ago from UK amazon that also contains the half-blood price. I found this boxed set in Popular and Dymocks too. You may get there to take a look.

Piglet has one on the side of his 4th toe, he always tries to peel it off. He was successful about 2 weeks ago, I think that's becos he took some antibiotics after the op. Am looking out to see if it grows back, or whether its gone for good.

I really look forward to Dubai but hope the heat won't be too bad. The Harry Potter books are printed in diff sizes! The ones being sold nowadays are smaller but I want the same dimension as a collection on my bookshelf - to pass onto my kids in future!

Just watched TVB Pearl. Harry Potter may make its way to Oscar this time! Do u like the main actor Daniel Radcliffe? He looks so cute when he was a boy.

We buy the 3-night package + 1 more night from Singapore Airline Holidays. We will stay in Grand Copthorne Waterfront. Don't know if it's good. I just tell the agent that I want a bigger room.
