Ooops... my fault again ... just triple-checked and found it's me who sent the proposal... I called them in Jan, but they said the chance is low... so, I don't expect them to reply me SUDDENLY yesterday asking me to go to pick up the gifts within 2 days (deadline is today). All,

Budget plan update:
(1) Buffer = $55 * 120 (A) + $27.5 * 5 (C) = 6737.5
(2) Balloons = $9.5 *65 (52B + 5C + 8 spare/decoration) + $150 delivery = 767.5
(3) Stickers/Stars = $ 5.5 (forgot the exact amount??)
(4) Banner = $45 (assumed)
(5) Cake = $150*5 = $750 (assumed)
(6) cleaning detergents/clothes = $100 (assumed)
==========================
$8405.5

Money collected = $80*115 (exclude 5A for camera-men) + $40*5 = $9400

So, we have spare of $9400-$8405.5 = $994.5.

We need to spare certain amount of money to make Photo CDs to be sent to each participating families. Can anyone tell me how much is 260 CDs (assuming 5 CDs per each family, i.e. 1 CD from each camera-man, so, we need 5*52 = 260 CDs). ?-( ?-( Let's say $1.5 per CD, i.e. $1.5*260 = $390. We need to spare some amount for posting the CDs as well, assuming $5 per pack, which is $52*5 = $260. So, it will be $650 for Photo CDs.

So, the spare will be $344.5. If we refund to each mum this amount, it will be $6.6 per family...

Another suggestion, we use the $344.5 to purchase a few big gifts/presents to be used as the prize for the competition and/or lucky draw. What do you think?

i think to buy a few gifts as the prize in the party is good idea. If refund $6.6 is time consume to prepare the coins. Let's buy the gift to the lucky family. I think buy the baby stuff will be useful, likes diasper, toys maybe suit to 6mths+.

Don't buy clothes for gift, as we don't the lucky family - baby is boy or girl, how big or him/her. It's difficult to buy the fit one.

Just called and checked. The $9.50 is for the Solid-Standards style. The star costs $25@. I will go ahead to place the order for assorted colors of the Solid-Standards style.
[size=x-large]~~ NOTE ~~
There are 5 colors of the balloons: Red, Orange, Yellow, Pink and Blue. I will buy 13 pieces of each color (5*13 = 65) to make the room more colorful.

We could either (i) pre-attach the balloon to the gift bag before party so each family will not have the chance to choose the color or (ii) do not pre-attach, and allow family to choose at reception while signing-in. What do you think?

Plan Description: 預計須要8個8”-10”大的生日蛋糕. AJ, pauling, koko39, Hackenma will make 4 cakes

派對照片
Plan Description: 邀請5位攝影機幫手, 每個家庭出示”影相券”後, 會有8-10分鐘任影時段。 若以全部家庭計算此項安排需約2小時, 餘下1小時就用作集體合照
及攝影師進餐時段。 所有原大少的相片將於生日會結束後will be burned into CDs and distribute to each mum

安排集體遊戲或跳舞項目
Plan Description:
- Group Dance - We could plan some dancing musics and do the dancing with babies, e.g. Head-Shoulder-Knees-and-Toes

The voting deadline is around 3:45pm, and we will count the votes from 3:45-4:00pm. At 4:00pm, we will announce the winners of the 4 themes and ask the winning BBs to come to the stage for a "cat-walk".

另外,你覺得幫手既人需唔需要用對講機?
因怕場面混亂,嘈到叫都聽唔到,
我就有兩部 motorola t4508既對講機,
可以攞埋嚟俾大家用,
如果他人都有,可以攞埋嚟校埋同一個channel就用得喇!

我覺得汽球o個度attach埋會易控制d，唔會攪到咁混亂....

係喎....d nametag係咪用label紙印呀....咁label紙個budget好似未計....

Actually, it is very hard to estimate the amount needed for Photo CDs, as we don't know how many CDs for each family and the postage fee.... Let me assume $1.8 per each one.
