I have given my son some solid food since he was 5 months old. In the last three weeks, he has tried fresh banana and apple, Earth's Best sweet potato and rice cereal. For rice cereal, he can eat the portion that is mixed with 2 oz milk, one time per day. Starting from yesterday, I give him two meals tim! I see my 婦科doctor today, and she suggested me to give my boy much more, say up to 1/2 bowl per meal, considering his low weight (just 14.3 lbs).

Don't worry for the milk supply. When you start introduce solid food to Adrian, he will consume less mama milk ga lar.
Did u tried pump + feed at the same time?? You could pump more milk ga.
