天文台表示，在7時53分接獲多名市民的報告，表示感覺到一次震動。天文台的地震儀亦有錄得震動。柴灣、中環、荃灣及離島多處的市民均感到震動，震動維時2至3秒。

地震過下既感覺好似坐火車有另一架經過咁！當時我以為有車經過(係長洲有車

)之後比老公話我無危機感，因為佢當時即話地震！

謝謝關心！之前我腰骨好痛，以為是m come 影響，m 走左重痛，坐低坐腳痺，比公司個pt 評估，佢話我有d似坐骨神經有問題，叫我盡快比醫生轉介做pt 拉腰，今日起身，物事都無，之前行都行到好似個老太婆咁慢！

heigoogoo,
My new maid arrived last Sunday. She is so green and I doubt whether she has experience in taking care of newborn or kids.

Yiu Yiu likes to play with her for a while but not always. She got no tricks to make kids happy.
So far, I can see she is willing to learn, can do up-to-standard cleaning work ..... but she doesn't have good communication skill with kids (very boring), have no sense/skill for cooking (Grandma watch her to make fried chicken...but she doesn't add any oil before putting meat in the frying pan

; when she fried a fish, the fish almost came out from other side of the pan)...Grandma has no confidence in her

headache for me. My hubby & I decided to give her one-month for trial. If she still cannot give us confidence, we may need to change maid. So far, I can say she is good for a family with all adults. May not suitable for my situation.

I hope so. :mrgreen: Yiu Yiu is so stick to me in these days....maybe; she has to face a new maid at home and feel insecure??

maybe gar, for yiu yiu, the new maid is really a stranger mah. But strange that cooking with oil is a very basic knowledge that everyone, especially she had training, should know wor ?-( Anyway, wish you good luck.
