Long time no chat. I spent almost an hour to catch up with you guys. I have been deadly busy with my work for the last few weeks. Besides, my physical conditions really tear me apart. I counldn't eat much...laid in the sofa everyday after work, headache, tummy felt pain, feeling very sick...like a 活死人....I even consulted the chinese medical doctor serval times but my conditions still couldn't get better. I cried in front of my husband 2 times. Although he counldn't help, in a sense I could release my stress. Being a mama is not that easy that I thought. Well, my dark ages is almost over. Now, my babe is 11 weeks & 5 days. My conditions turned better 2 days age. I don't reject food as much as before.
Yesterday, I went to the Health Centre for body check. I lost 4 pounds. Hopefully, I could hear it's heartbeat. I am a bit worry that not getting enough nutrients to my babe. I'm 31 and it's my first babe. I hope I can give all my best to it. I'll consult the private doctor next Monday. I really want to see my babe is swimming, running or even practising karate, kung-fu or ....... it will be very touching for my hushband and myself.
My husband is really sweet. He stops all his social gatherings (ball games with friends) and stays home to take care of me for the last few weeks.

Don't worry! I have the same condition as u. But after seeing the baby through ultra-sound, the discomfort disappeared dramatically. It's because I am so happy that I know the baby is still healthy in my womb. So, go to your GP , visit your baby with ultra-sound and enjoy your husband's good take-caring. They are the most powerful medication for a mama-to-be. As my GP said,'the most difficult time is about to end.',let's enjoy the gestation.
Last night, I laid down and focus on my tummy. I felt the beatings, it must be my babe. Hee! My husband and I will go to hear Sandy Lam's concert tomorrow.....a celebration to 3 months of my babe. A musical inspiration to it. Ha!
