niklaus903,
The development tracking is really simple. The nurse will ask you some simple questions like...will your baby look at you when you are moving from one side to another side? Will he/she open his/her palms when he/she wakes up? Physically, she will check on its knee and legs...see whether his/her legs are equality long. Besides, she will check on it's weight and body length....to check on its size.
Dear niklaus903 & gracelam,
For the night feeding, I tried another method the next night. I woke my girl up to play with her for 2 hours (8:00pm-10:00pm). Actually, she was very tired and had a bad temper. Then, I finally let her slept for the last hour and then fed her at 11:00pm for 6 oz. I thought...I would succeed..she must be tired enough and have a full stomach. However, she cried at 4:30am. Mission impossible!!! My maid told me that don't force her to do so....just let her eat! She will help me to do the night feeding when I get back to work. I might ask my maid to try niklaus903's method.
Besides, I hardly ask my girl to drink water. She hates water so much. Everytime I feed her water, she chucks! :-( For having regular poo poo, she need some water between meals. Now, I will make some apple water (boil an apple and a "mud joe" with some water for 30 mins --> the water become tasty) for her instead. She loves to drink.
I will get back to work the coming Tuesday. Really don't want to do so. :-(
hybb,
how many time do you pump milk in the office? I pumped at 1 during lunch time, my breast is like 'hard rock' again before 5, but I can only pump again after 6 (after office hour), really feel bad now!! 好辛苦!!
Thank you for the information on the clinic. I took my baby boy for a check up at the health center and then the shot at East Point City at around 12 noon. Right now it's 7:44 pm and he's not having a fever yet. But he's obviously not feeling well. I had to keep holding him and feed him very frequently. It hurts so much to see him suffer.
Baby is 5.51kg now. He's medium on the weight scale and large on the height scale. Head size is small, though.
