Can anyone tell me how much is 260 CDs (assuming 5 CDs per each family, i.e. 1 CD from each camera-man, so, we need 5*52 = 260 CDs). ?-( ?-( Let's say $1.5 per CD, i.e. $1.5*260 = $390. We need to spare some amount for posting the CDs as well, assuming $5 per pack, which is $52*5 = $260. So, it will be $650 for Photo CDs.

So, the spare will be $344.5. If we refund to each mum this amount, it will be $6.6 per family...

Another suggestion, we use the $344.5 to purchase a few big gifts/presents to be used as the prize for the competition and/or lucky draw. What do you think?

Here're the toys sponsored by my friend (he does not allow me to disclose his name or his company name, so, let's say "Thank You" to [size=large]"長腿叔叔"):
- a electronic 3-in-1 swing, can be used from new born to 4 years old - for new born as bouncing chair, for 6+ month as swing, for 1-4yr as sofa chair
- football set
- Musical chair with playmat, for 6-12months

(Warning !! These toys are quite heavy and big, if you get the prize, you might need to make sure you can carry them)

Note A - I am discussing with one more company for getting their sponsored gifts, I will let you know the status next week.

Note B - some sponsored companies sent us the membership forms for you to enroll as their members. You could fill in the forms at the party and return the forms to me. I will collect the forms and post them back to the companies.

Note C - some sponsored companies request us to send them back some party photos for them to keep as record and as a proof of such a party. I will choose the group photos and let you know before I send them back to the sponsored companies.

Note D - You need to give me your name/email before GC will give me the 30% off coupon, they said they need the email address for them to send you invitation to join their membership. As I have got some of the email addresses of you mums, if you have no objection, I will use that list to send to GC for me to get the 30% off coupons to be distributed to you at party. For those who do not want to disclose email to GC, please let me know before Feb 22 (Tue).

Note E - For Club Vendome, they need us to fill in form before getting the gift pack. The forms and gifts will be placed at reception, pls fill in forms when you approach reception for signing in.

Note F - We have packed the sponsored gifts into bags today, and we have a few items spared as some sponsored companies gave us 55pcs or 60pcs instead of the exact no. of 52pcs. So, we have to discuss how to handle those few spared items. May I suggest the following 2 methods:

(1) we pack one bag for angelhair, who is our MC. She is now pregnant for 6.5 months already, and the gifts should be useful for her when she gives birth to her baby.
(2) we add the spared items into the prize for "最孖公仔選舉". I.e. the 2 winners of "最孖公仔選舉" will each have the followings:

- Huggies diapers
