i found it baking is better than steaming... use foil wrap the fresh salmon fillet with a bit lemon juice, put lots chopped basil or parsely on top then bake it 20 mins. finally use fork to mash it and mix into the porridge, my babies loves it with spinash

2)比少少salt seasoning (becoz my little son is nearly 23 mth)備用
