I am a 餃子 lover !!! As my grand parents are from northern part of China ma ! yes ar, we used to put the 餃子 on a plate with flour one by one separated by a space then put in the 冰箱. After they have frozen then I will put them into the 保鮮袋, it can store more ma as we used to make at least 2 to 3 hundreds each time gar !

I made a chocolate honey cake yesterday for my sister-in-law's birthday ! Mainly followed Honey's "SaraLee" recipe, + 60 g chocolate powder, - 20 g flour, + 3 tbsp honey. WAW it is so good ar ! (can + a bit more sugar next time)
You are all so great to make bread, I still haven't got much time to do it !!!
from my experience, it will 痴 after frozen, but just add a bit "force" then it will come out very easily wor. Oh, but I am using plastic plate which is more easier gar. (I will save the chocolate plastic container "gold sand" le for making dumpling)
