yes... working mom has some advantages actually! instructors also said better to keep to do everyday, of course sometimes we can't, but at least 4-5 times to keep the flexibility.

it's fantastic wor! from 7am to 8.15am, not too many ppl, I guess around 40 ppl, sunny day. Just like outdoor hot yoga. Unexpected, I love it, if they host it regularly, I'm sure I'll try again!

今午發生了一件事,想話過你哋知!!This afternoon I was looking at the school forms to be filled out for Him Him's school . . . and I saw something that I needed to write and prepare for him. There's also something that I need to prepare for Him Him to use/eat in case of emergency, like in an earthquake or a disaster. There's a bag that I need to put some snacks in, like a small bottle of water and some snacks (with easy openin.) The school also requires us, the parents, to WRITE A NOTE FOR OUR CHILD. I was thinking what that was, and after discussing with my hubby, I figured out what it's all about. That's something that you would TELL YOUR CHILD or FOR YOUR CHILD. 我仍未想到寫什麽 or prepare 什麽時,hubby 話可以擺我哋張相,仲加多句話可以寫 "We love you baby . . . (from) Daddy and Mommy!" 我竟然眼都紅晒 . . . Hubby 見到我咁,就話"萬一啫!" 我覺得我好傻,是嗎? :cry:

we don't know when will be not here... last time when I went for diving trip, I also told my hubby should I write a note to heib just in case? finally no... .
But after my lo yeh's case... I know I should write it down!

no la... quitted a long time, cos I don't like the rules on absence (I've to give them a reason why take a leave 7 days before). Now focus on ballet & yoga!

pls let me know once rec'd the DVD. I looked a part... remind you to do say 5-10 times every side (right & left) , The yoga they call 'Kamal Vinyasa' - Vinyasa incl Jumping... usually will jump back instead of walk back (if you can jump, pls jump back) This can burn more calories, for a slim, strong, toned & flexible body esp!
& learn the Ujjayi Breath, that's a good way to increase the hot for energy!
& some postures are not easy to follow, like 'Bird' - I can't do that too! don't worry, we may reach one day...
