Mamamum,

nowadays, the new house isn't that great.... many of them have cracked basement.

If you have re-do the basement, it should be warmer and dryer. Is it?

Hi all ladies,

The weather is so nice outside these few days. It makes my mood much better too.

Anyone visits H-Mart on Yonge and Major Mac? I have been there a few times now. Their veggies are quite fresh. Sometime you will find some great discount stuffs. My friend helped me bought BUY 1 GET 3 FREE dumplings once. Also $5 for 50 Yik Lek Dor. Very good deal! I also get a membership card to collect points.

hi all...one more question..

if i purchase "necessary items" from one shop, some shop have "bulk" offer, like certain %discount of a package to include all.....

which shop are they....for furniture or electronic compliance??

i read something mentioned the above before but forgot the details...

check on Toronto Star classified. I have seen short term renting like per week before. I lived in a condo in Yonge/Finch area before, and my neighbours were short term renters.

我唔係全個basement做晒架,只係果間公司d人搵出邊度有裂縫入水,就張個裂縫位置掘到好深(唔記得幾多尺)

補番佢咁架咋

所以無咩特別唔同左架

各位好耐無見﹗有無試過有松鼠入屋﹖我有這慘痛經歷﹐幾星期前在廁所抽氣扇聽到有聲﹐好多報紙碎灰塵掉了一地﹐原來松鼠咬爛咗個塑膠活門﹐喺抽氣扇頂築巢生了四隻BB﹐連扇葉都比佢咬碎咗﹐我老公趕走咗這家松鼠﹐裝了新的膠活門﹐結果當然松鼠好輕易又入返屋﹐而我老公清理松鼠這個動作約重覆了四次﹐終于的起心肝買了個鐵活門﹐再加鐵綱﹐之後大家才可安心睡覺。

以前我好鐘意松鼠﹐去公園會帶D花生餵佢﹐宜家我好討厭佢地﹗原來我鄰居試過有松鼠走入抽油煙機口﹐男户主唔知有松鼠﹐封了個口﹐松鼠餓了兩日叫得好凄厲﹐咁佢拆了個封口睇下﹐哇﹗七隻松鼠衝出來﹐重養大咗﹐把他嚇死﹗

lucky we don't have that- but just the ants.... my neighbour do have the bird nest in his attic.. and they need to climb up there to have them removed and closed the hole.. not sure if they will come back this year...

We had bird nest before, but after cleaning the nest, the birds didn't come back. However, they build the nest at my neighbours.

Lily, your experience is pretty scary ah. If that happens to me, I would scream. ha ha.
