據我所知彊醋應該臨生前兩個月要整架!先浸彊到生前兩個禮拜再放豬腳,(禁就夠哂入味)而d旦浸一個禮拜到ok.如果唔係d旦會好硬!不過有d人鍾意食硬旦!
