We prefer the one without renovation so that the problem of the flat would not be hidden. Meanwhile, any good Renovation company recommended?
，我都是不太喜歡呂字廳！我喜歡的是日字廳，覺得見駛D，八百幾尺的都有日字廳，可間三房，第三間房就會無窗！一千尺或以上的當然有日字廳，但是一上千尺，尺價就會貴D。我現在就是住呂字廳啦！原先得我同老公住好夠，多了亞仔都夠用，六七八期那邊是新D，當然貴D，（七期大堂最靚最吸引，但近馬路，內園好近地鐵站，當然會好貴，五期都可作考慮，八期最新，但就會距離地鐵遠D，而且有D重會比新樓擋住）所以我覺得你要考慮的是優先次序，例如：期數是否對你來說重要？近地鐵站又重要嗎？資金能購買的尺數？間格喜好等等（若資金充足，可拆哂重新再設計），美孚的積好多款，同尺數的，間格可以不同。若想傾得祥細D可以pm我電話聯絡啦！大家吹吹，會令你想得清楚D，自己想要或需要的是什麼？
