I agree ah. I like noodles and congee a lot too. I ate one bowl of noodles for breakfast every day since I was a kid!!! And i love desserts and sweeten drinks! hehe
Now I plan to cut 'bad' carbohydrates for breakfast and lunch. Breakfast: take egg, vegetables or cereal, lunch: less eating out, take cereal or wheat bread. Dinner: keep the same but take less rice lo.....
