慢性肺阻病+感染(a very fierce virus/bacteria). She has been hospitalised for over 2 weeks, in ICU for 2 days, using 壓力氧氣機加貓so + 胃喉................ Probably the doctor has tried diff type of anti-biotic already. 好番以後都好難搞！

Using Zyvox for the latest treatment. Fever has gone for 1 day but come back again.
She told us she wanted to go!

Dear buddies,

My company has blocked the access to BK ah!!

At first I think there may be sth wrong with BK so that I cannot open it's webpage at office..... then I wonder why I still cannot open it after several days and try tonight..... finally discover it's not Bk's problem!!!!

Cannot snake and chat with you all in day time la!! :-( :-(

My 99 was with similar situation last year.
She went in and out ICU a few times, the doctor told us not much hope la, even she could get better, she won't be alive more than half year, but now, more than half year la, still ok wor.
Just need to keep taking machine and breathe the "gas" - I don't know what's that actually.
So, may not be so worst sometimes, the doctor just gave warning first.

I went long long ago, should be in 1988, during mid-summer. So no idea about Christmas. Summer is hot and humid, and lots of very sudden thunderstorms. But after the showers, the air gets slightly cooled off. So really not tooooo bad. I only remembered that I preferred Epcot Centre to Disney. That Disney is huge, and also with Epcot nearby (now MGM also), such a vast area, so not too crowded. You had better ask those who lived in E-USA.

Wa, so many trips with a tummy ?? Take it easy woh. Maybe the airlines won't let you board

With a tummy better go to max 2 countries.
I have never been to Italy - don't like the idea of being robbed. Depends on how long you are staying in Europe, and whether you are joining a tour or going by yourselves. Last time I was there, my friend's penfriend drove us from France --> Netherlands --> Belgium so I just went where I was taken. Then went back to UK by myself and was met by cousin driven home. So really I have no idea of anything. Germans and Belgians are crazy ppl, so World Cup time maybe lots of beer and drunkards, better skip these places. If you want peace and awesome scenery should go to Switzerland, Austria, and Black Forest area (border between France/Germany and I think Switzerland). If you want shopping go to France (and Italy if you don't mind the gypsies). That's all I remembered.
Ah yes, if you go to Europe in summer, it will still be bright at 8 or 9pm. Shops all closed, can only window shop. Most shops close vvv early, around 6pm, crazy and lazy !
Usually I go to UK first then go over to France, and then finally I go back to UK for HK, with stopover in Singapore.

If you go to France, do remember to buy some BB-wear and clothes for your princess --- vvv pretty ga. Also kids shoes vvv good quality. (I usually think of shopping anywhere I go.)

For MTH, you may check the April Scholastic bookclub (Seesaw #44). It's only $39.95 for book 1-28!!!

(BTW, you can borrow the audio CD for bk1-16) from public library.

There is a children book counter at Jusco (TaiPo and Lok Fu, not sure about other jusco). All the hardcover ladybird books are on sale ($19.9@).

The following series are available:

1. Read it yourself (level 1->4)
2. Disney stories
3. Busy building site series
4. Little workmates series
5. Phonics series (Bk 1-12)
6. Bob the builder (4 different titles)
7. Spots
8. Classic stories

The supplier is AML (active mind ltd). It should be the same agent / brooth found in large shopping mall and in Sogo.

Thanks for your information. Indeed, I went to Taikooshing Jusco and also found the ladybird books sells @$19.9. I did buy a series (~5-6 books) but others may not suit holman la.

I also saw some Usborne (my first experience) there @$25 but the size is smaller than the one I bought at Idea. So, I didn't buy them (another reason was, daddy with me at that time and not "recommend" to buy :tongue: :lol: )
