好開心, 想同大家分享.

昨天學校比了份好好禮物給我,
係一隻VCD, 攝錄了obi同學老師係開學學校上堂的情形,
, 係2個多月的, 佢真係學識了很多, 學校每天都比佢地企出o黎同人分享介紹佢地的事, 例如obi帶番學的玩具, 相片.......個個年紀小小的小朋友, 估唔到真係有司儀的大將風範. 最後到obi係學校熟睡的情形看了真係好感動!
最後, 看了obi現在的改變, 之前係新生適應期的心理壓力同憂慮都送走!

我冇買特別短褲型的底褲給她穿,只係在家穿短褲,佢而家daytime 活動時間都ok,吾駛特登帶佢去pee pee,佢可以
講要pee pee, 哩兩曰仲可以去poo poo tim, 但係nap time 仲未得同出街我未敢試,我怕佢頂吾倒咁耐! :-|

dear CeCe,

NEVER NEVER NEVER on the aircon for asthma kids esp during sleep time ! it just makes the illness worst ! 小麥夫 and i always discourage all patients upon this, very strongly. reasons: 1. temp changes induce asthmatic symptoms 2. billions of gems hide deeply inside the aircon, you may never clean all. 3. in chinese med, the functioning of aircon and the `micropores' on our skin, just work the opposite. how can you not get sick if upset our body system?

if really can't tolerate without aircon, u may try on it before sleep, let the `walls' to cool down first, then off it after the kid falls asleep. moreover, open some gap at the door, let `real' air and wind to come in (ventilation). last, but not the least, on the fan(s) !

trust me, some of my patients get the cough, cold, flu and asthma recovered much faster after taking my advice and really practise in this way. some get total recovery.

for the 冬虫, look for the real one, ground it, mix and boil it with congee (or with hot water), otherwise, it is so hard , and difficult to get the real extract/essence.

I also try to use as little air-cond as possible. For my husband & me, we rarely sleep with air-cond, may be just only less than 20 days in a year. For Wing Fung, we just let him sleep in air-cond when we find he even cannot sleep well with ventilation-fan. Day-time, no air-cond at all unless guests come.

I was outside 紅磡學之園 around 9:30, but Wing Fung rejected to go into the school. I tried to convince him by letting to look into the playground (so many cars & toys). He said he wanted to play, but when we about to go in....he says "NO, I want to go home"...

Finally, we haven't go in and left la..Then we go 大環山游樂場 to play a short while before we went to playgroup.

現在好d la! 不過唔係好有胃口!
現在obi讀的學校,好多時有好多surpise比家長, 令我好感動.
上次學校知道post office 可以每人免郵費寄一張心意卡比至愛的人, 當天學校教每位小朋友做一張心意卡比家人, 學校安排當天馬上拿去post office, 我收到張卡, 好感動!
現在老師真係辛苦la!
