I also did not have a nut bag or cheesecloth to strain the milk, so I used my french press coffee press to filter the milk and it actually worked great.

...… I think my time has come to participate And on a nut milk note…back when you posted about fermenting vegetables and someone mentioned that they use their french press… it occurred to me to try to filter out nut pulp with my Bodum. Success! I don’t think I’ll ever mess with a nut milk bag again. I was left with a lovey pitcher of cashew milk this morning! ...
Step 3: STRAIN
Pour the almond milk through a strainer lined with a tea towel. Squeeze out as much liquid as you can.
If you just use a strainer, your milk will be somewhat grainy. This is fine for smoothies, okay for cereal, and not so good for coffee. You can also buy a "nut milk bag" or get creative. I have an extra french press and used that. Kind of tough to force down, but this batch was exceptionally smooth and creamy, and cleanup was a breeze.
...Sometimes I extract the soy milk from the slurry using a French press. But this must be done with EXTREME CAUTION, as you can easily break the French press if you’re not careful. Even if you use a French press, you’ll need to resort to the cloth method to extract the last of the soy milk. (Quite honestly, I don’t recommend the French press method, but thought I should add this info since the top photo shows me using the French press.)
I don’t have a nut milk bag, so I put it through my french press instead. You get a bit of pulp in the milk this way ....

well, you can get a nut milk maker,.....We have the Soyabella and really like it. As far as I know, that's the only not by hand and non-messy way to make nut milk (french press doesn't work... I tried :) )
若豆渣能與豆漿一起煮,豆漿的味道應會較濃郁。威馬牌似乎不是。
