我都食咗喇, I always eat before I start working. This morning I had fried egg white, fish fillet, sausages, brown toast and a cup of coffee.

我上次在Jusco 買的Thermos直空煲真的不錯, 我用了那張全日通, 所以折實是$1,168.20(6litre), 有一個6litre及二個3litre的煲, 我覺得幾抵.
