If offer $4K for your good maid, comparing with the current min. wage $3470, just around $500. What do you think to keep her?

Is her information given about her another good offer True or ....? Sorry, maid is clever to bargain their benefits according to character of boss....I'd rather concern maid's sincerity to stay here, not only the ONE FACTOR: $$$

Be honset, I'd heard so many cases that maids chose to stay coz. of good relationship/cooperation with boss & kids, not major $$ & holidays...

Not yet received the goods as the first delivery will be 2 weeks later, i.e. after Easter Holiday.

When you consider the price, I will rather take the risk to order this time as our child will grow up very quickly and I wonder whether they can wear for 2 or 3 years.

But for myself, I will consider the hand-on test for quality as I can wear it for more than 10 years if it is good quality and I have to spend more time to knit.

You may think and confirm me later. Your order is hold up now.

we asked our maid if it's good to hire one more maid, she said no, because she was concerned with the problems that might arise... so am I la, I don't wanna manage two miads la, one is already very troublesome la!!

My maid bears heavy family financial burden, she even expects me to give her $$ replacing her 4-day holidays/Month tim.

You know, I sometimes treasure a family for three without maid at home during Sunday. Very Free ga ma!!
But we now agree with her initiative will to support us during the first 2-3months of little Hughes.

One thing my current maid made me quite touching! She bought toys, BB biscuits, fruits, musical instruments & toddlers fleece set for naughty Hayes, even she has no much cash on hand!
I really thanks for her love to my darling son!!

That's why I initiatively borrowed her over $10,000 to support her younger brother's university fee. I requested her to prove me with receipt issued by the university & she already paid me back the $$ by deduction from her salary.

God is here with us! ^ ^

Well, it's illegal to pay the maid the $ for the day-off, she must have the holidays... but of course, I know some employers who cannot afford their maids to have day-off, so they should pay the maid day-by-day la...

you guys understand what I am saying, is that we shouldn't suggest we don't let our maids to have day-off or don't pay their day-off here..

如果係公司轉個4個部門2個唔同post, 咁應該係每個部門都寫下個jd定以post來寫? 我覺得以post的角度寫.

No no I am not enjoying very free time but I am 養緊病 (*sigh*) and I am doing some serious reflection on my maid's importance and my ability to handle the housework (*sigh* again)... I found it especially difficult for a pregnant woman to handle a house like this, with 2 dogs (Of course I didn't walk them these 2 days) and a pond of fishes, and my little boss... lots of chores!!! I honestly understand how housewife becomes "wong-min-por". To be honest, I fed SumSum with TV last night in order to wash the dishes as she refused to go out to play with other kids (so shameful)

The BK mama just replied to me and said "if the courier fee from Japan to HK exceeds the difference for the yen rate I charge, I will speak out and ask if u agree for any change..if not, I will stick to the yen rate at 0.081, no extra change."

For your order totally in Yen3,740, it is around HK$302.94.
