"乜有ice-cream適合bb食咩？我剩係俾 baby yogurt咋。" --- if you ask me, they can basically eat most of the food now, as they are already over 1 year old. I will just keep these things away from them, ie shell-fish, prawns, crabs, peanuts and soft drinks. Ice-cream, as long as they are not striaght out from the freezor, then it's ok. I will normally let it melt for a while before giving to Katrina. She didn't like it the first time, but now, she runs for her ice-cream.
