I would like to tell you that I am quite dissatisfied with a tailor shop located in the mall of Parkn' Square. I brought a new trousers to there to request to have short cut its length. However, the in-charge lady told me that an extra charge of $10 had to be imposed if I would like to take it back with the length cut trousers prior to Chinese New Year.
I asked her the reason of being charged with the extra $10. She replied she had made a lot of business. Therefore she had to employ more part-time labours to handle with the heavy work load so that she had to impose the customers with the extra charge.
Then I asked her that normally how long it had to take to finish a short cut trousers. She didn't answer me but said that you were not forced to deal. She was also unhappy with what I said that she raised a non-sense price.
Of course, I can afford the $10 but I can't see it's a sound reason to add the extra charge on customer just because they are busy and it's close to Chinese New Year.
I would like to voice out my personal opinion here because I really feel angry. Finally we couldn't make deal and I will not approach this tailor shop again in future. Thank you for your attention to my lengthy words.
