最差的agent公司,請投票！

康樂居 - (旺角) is really the 最差的agent 公司. I try this agency on May 2008. We choose one maid who has experience in taking babies and know cantonese. After i wait her for 3 months applying the visa to Hk, I found she is just lying. She has no experience in taking care babies and did not know cantonese. I don't know 康樂居 how to select their maid. Why all the information is incorrect. I fired this maid and try to give one more chance to 康樂居. I selected another one (of course I need to wait another 3 months) who has worked in HK for 4 years and she can speak cantonese and has experience in taking care babies. Everything is ok in the first 2 months. I don't know if I am unlucky or it is the maid's problem. She told me she want to resign today. The reason is that she is too tired. I have explained to her we have 2 children and it is not an easy job in the interview and she says everything ok at that time. I asked the agency to talk with her to understand the problem. However she is more confirm to leave after talking with the agency and insist to leave after 1 month ackownledgement (beforehand she agree to work until I found another maid, I really don't know what the agnecy told her). I called the agency and they just said it is normal case and it may be my bad luck. I am very angry about their response. They feel no response to help and solve the problem (they should even try to talk with the maid and understand the problem). I am really disappointed in 康樂居. I will never recommend people to use this agency.

稱心 is not really 稱心, I use it for under 2 years change 3 helpers, 1st came for 6 mths and resigned, 2nd can not understand Chinese and Eng. and she didn't eat anything, she been in our family for 5 mths and still not talk with us . and the 3rd one is the most longer one she stay in our family for 11mths and then she resigned and is now taking us the labout dept. So if this is a good agent, I would hate to have bad one ！

我正想請工人, search睇到有媽咪投呢間唔好, 請問有乜野唔好呢, 因為我都係有朋友介紹, 佢地話呢間係上等人請工人多, 所以質數唔會差得去邊, 是否屬實呢?

I asked the agent in Tsim Sha Tsui East (One of Sincerity's branch) to find an Indo maid for me in July last year. She gave me a maid who got AIDS. I found this when I was taking the AIDS maid home on the bus. I needed to take her back to the boarding house in Causeway Bay myself. I really wonder the bodycheck report in Indonisea and why I could take her home when the report in Hong Kong had not yet got.
Then I asked the agent in Sincerity to give me another one free of charge (I needed to bargain with her for a long time through my friend). She gave me a crazy and lazy maid who was keen on phone chatting and doing facial masks during her working hours in the daytime. I laid her off after 3 and a half months.

I have the same case as you in 康樂居 (cwb). I employed an indo maid, i need her to speak eng. how come she speaks no eng when i wait her after 2.5 mths. HLC then change another maid to me and just arrived yesterday. I'm afraid the new maid will resign as yours.
You know why yr maid confirm to leave after HLC talk to her? Just if some employer likes yr maid, the agency will introduce to them and get extra money. Our bad luck is to believe this agent.

I fire my maid after 8 month as she does not like cooking. (good/like in her profile) The agent tell me to settle the things at home. No need to bring the maid back.When I insist, the staff said she teach me to do it by phone and email the forms to me.
