You don't know ga la... before April... we usually had dinner at home.. 3 dishes w soup (at least 3-4 times/week). Every time I told my hubby that I was very very full... & got fat very fast! my lbs up to 128 finally!!!
Then after April, joined yoga...found no need to eat too much & want to eat light foods... the nice foods from jenie.... usually only provide on every Tue when my mom & sisters come for dinner!

Ansel now has 33.5 lbs. The photo was long time ago. He still very picky at foods, never eat vege, fruit, water at home. But I'm sure that at sch, he'll eat. Ernie is better & we hope this can make Ansel want to eat more different kind of food.
After last time you told me about PediaSure, Ansel start to drink it, don't know whether this will make him better. Also, after he learn and know that he can sit in the toilet to have pao pao, now he's better, b4 he always hold the pao until he can't hold it anymore, so this is really not good to him.

Sorry, just go to boss's room for discussion. Yes, Ansel also sometimes "ha" Ernie. We'll ask him not to be naughty, then he'll say he don't play with us as he's annoy. Maybe this is what kids will do when they've little brother/sister.

so... now you understand why I totally fell into yoga.... crazy & crazy... cos have fun & satisfy when you can do the poses. Also all instructors are all very nice.
FYI, my sister joined Planet tonight, but she is special, cos she can get relative discount (I'm a member), 50% off. Now she joined 6 yrs too, but only $12864 for 6yrs, means $166 per month!
You still have a free trial class.. I would suggest you to try Samrat's (today's instructor) Ashtanga or Ashtanga Vinyasa, also nice!
Join or not... it's up to you, but once you tried... you can feel the different, right? not easy to get satisfy from other place ga la...

just for your ref...........Karrie slept at 21:45 tonight.....she drink a lot of water and 160cc milk before sleep .........zzZZzzZZzz until 22:50....I heard her e e un un...so I'm sure she need vv....so I carry her to toilet and sit on the seat.......of course a lot vv came out ar.....after finished carry her back to bed.......she is closing her eye to do everything......so u can try to bring yy go to toilet before u sleep.......
